Prime Life is seeking a talented and passionate Deputy Manager to support the Manager in the daily operations of our Residential Care Home in Brough.
This position is based at Westerlands Care Village, Brough. The home is designed to support 83 residents with age-related conditions, physical disabilities, mental health issues, and dementia. Candidates must be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents' individual needs.

Ideal candidate profile:
Possesses a caring nature and a desire to make a difference. Prior experience in a similar role and a relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Level 5 are essential. Experience liaising with Local Authorities, CQC, and other agencies is highly desirable.
