We are seeking a Deputy Head Chef to join our team, working closely with the Head Chef and reporting directly to them.
As a Deputy Head Chef, you will work with a menu full of flavor, provenance, and seasonality. Our all-day menu celebrates the diverse, modern French culinary landscape with indulgent French classics balanced with lighter options.
The kitchen is your domain as a Deputy Head Chef. You will collaborate with the Head Chef to create a motivated and safe environment for our chefs. You’ll support the Head Chef and General Manager by maintaining the kitchen in excellent condition and ensuring your team has everything needed for a successful shift.
