The Role

As a Deputy Head Chef, you will be a leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards.
• Experienced in managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
• Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
