Job summary

YesGolfing is seeking a hands-on Golf Course Maintenance Lead to assist the Golf Courses Manager in daily management, presentation and maintenance of our courses to the highest standards. You will supervise staff, ensure safe chemical handling, and oversee machinery use while supporting turf health and exceptional visitor experience.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, practical turf management knowledge, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in turfgrass management and maintenance.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.
• Must hold a valid driving licence.
• Proficient in operating turf machinery and maintaining equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in golf course operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop associates with supervision and feedback.
• Oversee safe storage, handling and application of chemicals per policy and legislation.
• Supervise use and maintenance of grass cutting machinery and report issues.
• Lead department and resort projects to meet set standards.
• Plan and manage maintenance of all playing surfaces for optimal course conditions.
