Job summary

Get Golfing CIO is seeking a Deputy Course Manager to join our golf and hospitality operations. You will act as a bridge between senior management and the greenkeeping team, ensuring smooth day-to-day leadership and exemplary course presentation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, agronomic knowledge, and a clear understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH, and related regulations. Experience in irrigation and machinery maintenance is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Educated to a minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• PA1, PA2 & 6a Spraying certificates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key link between senior management and the greenkeeping team.
• Lead, teach and train team members with empathy and patience.
• Ensure high standards of course presentation and agronomic practices.
• Uphold Health & Safety and COSHH compliance across grounds operations.
