This role offers a chance to lead from the front, develop your management skills, and play a key part in shaping the guest experience while building your path to becoming a General Manager.

As Deputy General Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the GM – taking ownership of daily operations, leading shifts, and setting the tone on shift

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating daily operations and leading a hospitality team.
• Strong focus on service standards and guest experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsabilités

• Run smooth and efficient shifts, motivating the team to deliver excellence every time.
• Step up in the GM’s absence and ensure consistency in service, standards, and operations.
• Set the tone on shift – hands on, visible, and in control.
• Maintain health & safety, cleanliness, food quality, and team performance.
• Drive compliance and follow up on audits.
