Job summary

Harri in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in running one of our fast paced, high energy restaurants. This role offers a chance to lead from the front, develop your management skills, and play a key part in shaping the guest experience while building your path to becoming a General Manager.

As Deputy General Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the GM – taking ownership of daily operations, leading shifts, and setting the tone on shift

• Experience in coordinating daily operations and leading a hospitality team.
• Strong focus on service standards and guest experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
