Ham Yard Hotel, part of the Firmdale Hotels collection, is seeking a dynamic Deputy General Manager to lead our luxury property in London. You will oversee Events, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and Kitchens, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless daily operations.

Working with the General Manager, you will recruit, coach and develop teams, uphold high service standards, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while driving excellence

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end hotel as Hotel Manager or Deputy GM.
• Hands-on approach to daily operations.
• Strong leadership to inspire the team.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment.
• Passion for hospitality and driving hotel success.
• Deep understanding of current hospitality trends.
