Formación

• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Desire to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.
• Professional presentation and demeanour in line with luxury hospitality.

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with luggage, and provide tailored assistance.

• Attend to guest preferences with meticulous care and attention to detail.

• Possess a clean UK driving license to provide transportation assistance as needed.
