Job summary

The Scotsman Group, Scotland’s largest hospitality group, is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead operations across one of our venues. You will support sales growth, control costs, and ensure consistently excellent customer service while maintaining high service standards and staff development.

You should have experience in a similar role, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate at all levels. Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
