Job summary

The Scotsman Group is seeking a capable hospitality professional to join our team. You will support sales growth, help control costs, and ensure consistently excellent customer service across our venues.

Lead service standards and staff development, and be accountable for specific shifts and the full unit in the absence of senior management. We offer broad perks and flexible working opportunities, with access to our staff benefits portal, discounted food and cinema, and career development
