Job summary

The White Hart in Boston, part of The Coaching Inn Group, is seeking a Deputy General Manager with proven senior hotel management experience to lead our hospitality team and drive memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee events such as weddings and conferences, mentor staff, and maintain an outstanding service standard across F&B and rooms. A dynamic, guest-centric leader with a can-do attitude is essential to thrive here.
