The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a Deputy General Manager to join our team. You will help drive daily operations, lead shifts and inspire a passionate team across our historic inn properties in the UK.

We value guests first, seek to deliver memorable moments, and offer strong development, recognition, and a vibrant, collaborative work culture. A can-do attitude and initiative are essential to succeed.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations.
• Lead shifts and manage front-of-house and food & beverage teams.
• Develop staff through coaching and on-the-job training.
• Ensure memorable guest experiences and high service standards.
