Job summary

The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a talented Deputy General Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role in day-to-day operations, guest services, and team leadership across one of our historic coaching inns.

You will drive people development, ensure operating excellence, and deliver Hospitality from the Heart, shaping memorable moments for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality.
• Strong customer service focus and guest satisfaction orientation.
• Ability to manage shifts and day-to-day hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations and guest services to deliver memorable experiences.
• Lead and develop the hotel team, ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive performance, manage staffing, and uphold brand standards.
