Job summary

The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a talented Deputy General Manager to join our team. Our historic inns offer vibrant F&B and overnight stays, with a focus on delivering hospitality from the heart.

You will lead shifts, inspire and develop your team, and ensure memorable moments for guests across operations while maintaining service standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or similar service environments.
• Proven ability to manage shifts and rostering.
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage and rooms.
• Manage shift scheduling, training and development of the team.
• Drive guest satisfaction and memorable moments while upholding brand standards.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure smooth, efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere.
