• An experienced senior manager who has worked in a quality hotel and/or food and beverage operation
• Can manage and deliver events such as weddings, conferences and live music events
• Can inspire and develop a team to deliver great service for our guests
• Experience with shift management, team leadership and can lead from the front.
• An interest in delighting guests with memorable moments
