Qualifications

• Experience in home care services for elderly and palliative care preferred.
• Experience with CQC standards and health and social care guidelines preferred.
• Experience supervising others and working with external partners to improve client outcomes.
• Commitment to health and safety and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Good literacy, numeracy, communication and IT skills.
• UK full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the registered manager to run the service safely and cover in the manager's absence.
• Ensure staffing plans comply with legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Undertake care assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Assist recruitment and development of care workers and manage performance.
