CS UK Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting a Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager for a leading domiciliary care provider in Canterbury, Kent. The role focuses on supporting vulnerable adults and carers, ensuring safe staffing, and maintaining care standards.

You will work with healthcare professionals, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvement in home care services. The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and relevant domiciliary care experience.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent required.
• Experience in a domiciliary care setting.
• Experience in a home care service with the elderly and palliative care.
• Experience supervising others.
• Engagement with external partners including health and social care professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Support registered manager and cover in their absence.
• Plan staffing levels and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Undertake care assessments and coordinate with health professionals.
• Recruit, supervise and performance-manage care workers.
