CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a committed Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to join a leading domiciliary care provider in the Canterbury area. You will support the registered manager, ensure safe staffing, and uphold high care standards.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a 1 week on + 3 weeks off pattern described. The role also includes benefits listed such as on-call allowance and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent required.
• Experience in domiciliary care setting is essential.
• Experience in a supervisory role is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support registered manager to run the service safely and cover in their absence.
• Ensure staffing levels are planned safely and compliant with regulations.
• Undertake care assessments and liaise with health professionals.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising and developing health care workers.
