An established industry player in mental health care is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join their Lambeth Living Well Centres. This role involves leading and managing the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals accessing the centre. Candidates will be part of a collaborative effort to enhance mental health support across the borough, working closely with various partner organizations. We are recruiting for one position within the Lambeth Living Well Centre:
Based at Gracefield Gardens in Streatham, providing Short Term Support Services, offering assessments and brief interventions to residents aged 18 and over, regardless of diagnosis.
Both services are essential parts of the Lambeth Alliance, working closely with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM), social care, and voluntary sector organizations. As part of our innovative Lambeth Living Well Network (LWN) Alliance, we aim to deliver a fully integrated and coordinated mental health system that emphasizes individuals' strengths and supports their overall health and wellbeing.
Our work is rooted in collaboration, bringing together Certitude, Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group, Lambeth Council, South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and Thames Reach to enhance mental health support across the borough.
We seek dynamic and enthusiastic candidates with strong leadership skills and a commitment to high standards of care. As part of your role, you will contribute to our journey toward a fully integrated system, joining one of our three established Living Well Centres in Lambeth.
