Job summary

Rotherwood in Swaffham is seeking an experienced Deputy Care Manager (Clinical) to support the Home Manager in delivering safe, high-quality nursing care. You will lead clinical teams and oversee care plans, audits and medication oversight in a person-centred environment.

The role requires an NMC-registered nurse with prior deputy or deputy-home-manager experience, strong leadership and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current pin and UK registration.
• Proven experience in deputy/assistant management in a nursing setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on person-centred care.
