Job summary

Lifeways is recruiting a Deputy Manager in Glenrothes to support a brand-new 6-bed service. You will help lead a team to deliver person-centred care and shape the service from the ground up, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will bring leadership experience in social care, a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable or in progress), and a commitment to empowering adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care desirable (or working towards).
• Experience supporting people with autism and learning disabilities.
• 3 years experience in social care with supervisory level responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager to lead and develop the team delivering high-quality care.
• Drive service improvements and uphold quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals and communities to support person-centred care.
