Job summary

Lifeways is recruiting a Registered Manager for five supported living services in Glasgow. You will lead the teams, ensure person-centred, high-quality support for people with learning disabilities and autism, and drive ongoing service improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous management in adult social care, ideally within supported living, learning disabilities or autism services.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Good understanding of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements in social care.
• A minimum Level 3 SVQ qualification in Health & Social Care, Level 4 desirable or working towards it.
• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally between services.
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across five supported living services, creating a positive and supportive working environment.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Support and develop Team Leaders and wider support teams to reach their potential.
• Drive continuous improvement across services and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with the people we support, their families, colleagues and local communities.
• Ensure services operate effectively while providing safe, meaningful and personalised support.
• Lead by example and foster a culture where staff feel supported and valued.
