The role involves providing personalised support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, helping them live more independently in their own homes. You will assist with daily living skills, community activities, and health and wellbeing, with mix of day shifts and sleepovers

• Support access to community activities, help build social connections and manage health and wellbeing.
