Prime Life Deputy Manager Role

Prime Life is seeking a talented and passionate Deputy Manager to support our Manager in the daily operations of our Residential Care Home located in Brough.

This position is based at Westerlands Care Village, which caters to 83 residents with various age-related conditions, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and some with Dementia. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents' individual needs.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference. Prior experience in a similar role and a relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Level 5 are essential. Experience liaising with Local Authorities, CQC, and other agencies is highly desirable.
