The division is seeking an experienced General Manager with a strong track record of working within a high-pressure, operationally demanding women's service to join as Deputy Associate Director of Operations. We are looking for an exemplary leader who can demonstrate proven experience in pathway redesign, service transformation, and innovative thinking to support the continued growth and development of the service.
Experience of working collaboratively with clinical teams to drive improvements in performance, quality, and financial sustainability is essential.
As this is a Deputy post, we will support the successful candidate with a range of development opportunities, including responsibility for a separate portfolio to broaden their experience, enhance their leadership skills, and support their ongoing career development.
