Job summary

Browne Group is seeking a proactive Yards person to support the day-to-day operations of our depot in Greater London. You will receive, store and issue materials and plant, maintain stock records, coordinate deliveries and movements, and help keep the site safe and well organised.

Qualifications

• Experience in yard, depot, warehouse, stores, or logistics.
• Stock control and materials management experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices around deliveries and vehicle movements.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills; ability to prioritise.
• Full UK driving licence and FLT licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate deliveries and plant movements.
• Ensure depot remains safe, clean, and well organised.
• Process orders and delivery documentation; inspect incoming plant/equipment.
