Job summary

Adore Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT licence to join a busy, well-established team in Corringham, UK.

This role involves stock control, FLT operations, order picking, loading/unloading, and supporting the production team. You will contribute to site safety, housekeeping, and efficient warehouse processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on approach, good communication, and can work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Operating an FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials.
• Picking and preparing stock.
• Carrying out regular stock checks and counts.
• Cleaning and checking IBC containers.
• Supporting waste management and disposal.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site safety.
• Using scanners and basic computer systems.
• Supporting the production team with materials and equipment.
• Following company procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.
