Job summary

First Fence Limited in West Bromwich is looking for a motivated Yard Supervisor to lead a busy yard team. You will supervise picking and packing customer orders, ensure accurate labelling and on-time delivery, and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised yard in line with Health and Safety regulations.

Job description

Our yard operatives are multiskilled and carry out a variety of yard duties while ensuring orders are picked, labelled correctly and on time ready for delivery. This is a physically demanding role in a busy depot where Health and Safety regulations will be adhered to at all times. You play a vital role in ensuring excellent standards of service are provided. We require someone who wants to develop and progress within this role to Yard Supervisor.

Reporting to: Depot Manager
