Job summary

Quintessential Brands UK Group Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Depot Coordinator to manage forward holding stores, maintain stock accuracy and ensure availability of parts and consumables. You will work closely with the Depot Assistant and Depot Foreman to keep stock records up to date and support daily depot operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or stores management.
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word proficiency.
• Warehouse or stores experience.
• Understanding of fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels for forward holding stores.
• Daily issuing and receipt of parts and order stock to min/max levels.
• Conduct weekly stock checks and monthly stock audits.
• Liaise with Central Stores regarding replenishment and shortages.
• Provide administrative support to depot and fleet teams.
