Job summary

InPost Ltd. is seeking a Depot Manager for our Cullompton site to drive performance in a busy 24-hour parcel operation. You will lead a high-energy team, optimise processes, and ensure exceptional service to customers and partners.

Responsibilities include managing operational performance against budget, using KPIs to spot opportunities, developing the team, and maintaining health and safety, security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large-scale logistics, distribution or depot operation.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Track record of using KPIs and performance data to improve efficiency.
• Experience building and developing sizeable teams.
• Clear customer focus and ability to manage relationships with customers and partners.
• Experience managing health and safety, security and compliance.
• Curiosity and drive to innovate, with willingness to challenge processes.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities
