Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a large scale logistics, distribution or operational environment, ideally within a depot setting.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, monitoring resource utilisation and contributing to financial performance.
• A track record of using KPIs and performance data to identify issues, improve efficiency and deliver measurable results.
• Experience managing and developing sizeable teams, with recruitment, performance management, training and development.

Responsibilities

• Own depot performance, ensuring service, cost, quality and performance standards are met.
