Job summary

DX Group is seeking a service centre leader to oversee operations and drive performance across budgeted targets. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will manage all staff, subcontractors and assets to deliver reliable service and quality outcomes.

You will lead improvements, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and champion DX Delivered Exactly promises while developing leadership skills in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/logistics/mail/parcel services.
• Experience managing budgets, revenue and profit and loss.
• Ability to identify problems and deploy deployable solutions.
• Proven record of customer interface and supplier management.
• Ability to manage commercial relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the service centre operation.
• Ensure budgeted service, cost and quality performance; support revenue achievement.
• Manage the premises, equipment and consumables.
• Drive and lead the change to deliver an integrated service centre operation.
