Job summary

DX Group is seeking a Service Centre Leader to drive all operational aspects of the DX products service centre. You will lead both staff and subcontractors, ensuring service targets, cost controls and quality benchmarks are met while fostering customer and supplier relationships.

The role focuses on delivering integrated operations aligned with DX plans and projects, with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics or distribution is required.
Line management experience is essential.
Experience managing budgets, revenue and profit and loss.
Ability to identify problems and design deployable solutions.
Proven record of managing customer interfaces and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the service centre operation for DX products.
Ensure achievement of budgeted and targeted service, cost and quality performance.
Manage employed colleagues, third party subcontractors and owner drivers.
Oversee premises, equipment and consumables for cost-effective, high-quality performance.
Drive change to deliver a fully integrated service centre operation in line with DX plans.
