DX Group is seeking an experienced service centre leader to drive end-to-end operations for the DX products, ensuring budgeted service, cost and quality targets are met.

You will manage employed staff, subcontractors and drivers, oversee premises and equipment, and lead the change process to deliver an integrated service centre aligned with DX plans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the logistics or distribution industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the service centre operation for DX products to achieve budgeted service, cost and quality performance.
• Manage premises, equipment and consumables to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
• Drive and lead the change process to deliver an integrated service centre operation in line with DX plans.
• Manage employed colleagues, third-party subcontractors and owner drivers to meet targets.
• Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships through service/product processes to deliver excellent customer service.
