DPD is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen our depot operations management team. You will lead a high performing shift, ensuring targets are met and driver performance is optimized.

• Experience in a fast paced operation with people management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high performing depot team.
• Ensure depot targets for Core Routes and SPR are achieved.
• Maintain driver communications and resolve issues.
• Manage resources for ad-hoc collections and pool of drivers.
• Complete documentation and systems in line with requirements.
• Set KPIs for Service, Cost, Productivity, Transport and Safety.
• Ensure Depot Clear meets targets.
