OakNorth Bank plc is seeking a Deposit Operations Analyst to support the lifecycle of retail and business deposit accounts. You will report to the Deposit Operations Team Lead and manage tasks, inquiries and data with accuracy while delivering a friendly, timely service.

You will be part of a fast-paced team that values process discipline, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration. The role includes occasional evenings and opportunities to contribute to efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and ongoing management of OakNorth retail and business deposit products.
• Handle account-opening and servicing tasks, including calls, emails, and system actions.
• Prepare reports and statements, respond to queries, maintain accurate records.
• Resolve queries at first contact where possible; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve operations.
