Job summary

OakNorth is seeking a Deposit Operations Analyst to support customers through the lifecycle of retail and business deposit accounts. You will report to the Deposit Operations Team Lead and perform tasks, respond to queries, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

You will help ensure timely, friendly service, build product knowledge, and collaborate across teams to minimise risk and improve efficiency. Evening work may be required on occasion.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management, able to prioritise against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and ongoing management of OakNorth retail and business deposit products.
• Complete account opening and servicing tasks; handle calls, emails and mail processing.
• Prepare reports and statements; respond to account queries and maintain records.
• Resolve queries at first contact where possible; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Share product, technical and customer-support knowledge with colleagues; improve processes.
