Job summary

Halfords in Inverness is seeking a capable team leader to run a department, supervising daily operations and coaching colleagues to deliver market-leading service.

You will be part of the sales floor leadership, supporting the store management to ensure outstanding customer experiences while following security and stock loss procedures. This role is a gateway to management with training and progression opportunities across Retail and the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service in retail or service.
• Experience coaching others on the job.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Technical knowledge in motoring or cycling is beneficial but training is provided.
