Job summary

Dental Beauty Kingston is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our Saturday team in Kingston-Upon-Thames. This part-time role runs Saturday 8:45AM-5:15PM, with duties across reception, admin and patient interactions to support a friendly practice.

You will join a close-knit team led by our Partner Dr. Sorabh Patel, delivering a great patient journey in a modern, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dental receptionist experience preferred.
• Front-of-house or medical co-ordinator background acceptable.
• Dentally software experience preferred but not required.
• Ensure CQC requirements are met at all times.
• Provide exceptional patient care and service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality reception and admin support to maximize efficiency.
• Answer phones and handle patient enquiries warmly and efficiently.
• Schedule and manage diaries for the clinical team.
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Adhere to DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR.

*Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Kingston*

*Part-Time Position - Saturdays 8:45AM-5:15PM*

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us on Saturdays at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Kingston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the Kingston-Upon-Thames area.

You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Sorabh Patel, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
• Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
• Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
• Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
• To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
• If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
