Job summary

Dental Beauty Partners in Kingston is seeking a qualified dental nurse (or trainee) to join our new practice on a part-time basis, Fridays and Saturdays 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM. This role offers the chance to grow with a rapidly expanding group and contribute to high standards of patient care.

You will support dentists, hygienists and therapists, maintain GDC registration, and participate in CPD. Training and development opportunities are provided within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified dental nurse or trainee with relevant practice experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in private or mixed practice.
• Experience with general, cosmetic, and restorative treatments is desirable.
• GDC registration or trainee status required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental nursing support for dentists, hygienists, or therapists.
• Maintain professional indemnity and GDC registration; CPD.
• Support treatment coordinator duties as needed.
• Represent DBP ethos and promote equality and patient care.

Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we are excited to be opening a search for a Dental Nurse (qualified or trainee) to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity to join us early into our journey with a new practice, giving you a chance to establish yourself and grow with the practice.

Dental Beauty Partners are an award-winning dental group, with close to 35 practices offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately. This will be a highly varied position, managing a team of exceptional dental nurses, as well as supporting the practice in treatment coordinator responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high quality dental nursing support in assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
• Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC & Undertaking CPD in line with these guidelines
• To act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
• To promote equality and diversity at all times and across all work activities, promoting Fairness, Respect, Equality, Dignity and Autonomy

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Ideally 2+ years of experience as a Dental Nurse, within a private or mixed practice
• We are also open to speaking with trainee nurses with some practice experience
• Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is highly desirable
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
