Job summary

Together Dental LTD is looking for a friendly Receptionist for our Wellingborough practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional welcome and assisting with appointments and information.

In this busy environment you will work closely with clinicians and administration teams to ensure smooth day-to-day running and a consistently excellent patient experience. This is a permanent role, 30.5 hours per week (Tue, Wed, Fri 8:00–18:00 and Sat 8:00–15:00).

Salary: £12.80 - £13.50 per hour

Hours: 30.5 hours per week (Tues, Wed, Fri 8:00am- 18:00pm & Sat 8:00am - 15:00pm)

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our welcoming dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Working closely with our clinicians, nursing team, and Practice Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while providing outstanding support to our patients.

The Role

Previous experience in a reception, administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Experience within a dental or healthcare setting is an advantage but not required.
