PortmanDentex, Lincoln, is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead our orthodontic team at West Parade Dental Care. The role is full-time, 40 hours over 5 days, with a focus on operational excellence and delivering outstanding patient service.

The candidate will be the Registered Manager for the practice, overseeing financials and KPIs, and driving growth while maintaining high standards of care. PortmanDentex supports wellbeing and professional development.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, retail, hospitality or similar service background.
• Experience managing a dental practice or leadership as lead dental nurse is a bonus, but not essential.
• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best.
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: equipment, facilities, and compliant, process-driven team.
