Job summary

Dentalcare Group in Marlborough is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic CQC Registered Practice Manager to lead our NHS/Private mixed dental practice. You will oversee governance, policies, safety, and team performance to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will manage recruitment, rotas, appraisals, inductions, budgets, and KPIs, while building strong relationships with associates and supporting staff engagement. The role is 40 hours over Mon-Sat with negotiable pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous orthodontic dental management experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Good communication and public interaction skills.
• Reliable and able to work within a team.
• Ability to understand budgets, targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical governance system and practice policies (Health & Safety).
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff; manage rotas and appraisals.
