Job summary

The Buckley Practice in Bromley is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead our friendly dental team. You will be responsible for daily operations, staff performance, and ensuring top-quality patient care across the practice.

As Registered Manager, you will partner with senior leaders to implement process improvements, manage budgets, and drive growth while maintaining a compliant, patient-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a healthcare or service-oriented team is preferred.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• A good understanding of P&L, KPIs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee daily operations, facilities, equipment and compliance.
• Partner with management to drive practice growth and performance.

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous team at The Buckley Practice in Bromley.

• Full-time hours available - 40 hours a week

Please note that as part of your role, you'll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

We'd love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
• Passionate about delivering great service
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
