You will take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead from the front, support clinicians and ensure an exceptional patient journey while collaborating with management on ongoing growth.

The ideal candidate will have private practice management experience, be a confident leader, highly organised and commercially aware, focused on patient experience and practice development.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing the practice team
• Managing the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
• Delivering an excellent patient experience from enquiry through to treatment
• Monitoring KPIs, diary utilisation, revenue and practice performance
• Supporting treatment coordination, follow-ups and patient conversions
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and practice growth
• Recruitment, onboarding, training and team performance
• Maintaining high standards of CQC compliance and governance
• Managing systems, processes and workflows
• Working closely with clinicians and senior management on practice development
