With seven modern surgeries and a highly skilled clinical and administrative team, we are looking for a confident leader to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy mixed practice Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of 30 staff members Ensure compliance with CQC and health & safety regulations Manage staff rotas, HR matters, patient experience, and operational efficiency Work closely with clinicians to maintain smooth workflow and exceptional standards of careRequirements:
