A community healthcare provider is seeking a Dental Nurse Teams Manager to oversee dental nursing teams and administration, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. The post holder will be an integral part of the Community Dental Service management team, managing the dental nursing and forming the clinical bridge with the administration team. As Dental Nurse Teams Manager, the role includes leadership and line management of the dental nursing teams and administrators, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided to patients and carers. Responsibilities also include organising clinical support to dentists, dental therapists, and hygienists during procedures, and delivering training to students and qualified dental nurses enabling them to carry out their roles.

Applicants must be qualified Dental Nurse and have experience in managerial and line management within a dental setting. Experience in delivering training and organising clinical support is desirable. A willingness to develop professional knowledge, coordinate with Clinical Service Manager, Clinical Lead and Operational Manager is required.
