Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a lab or dental office/hospital setting is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and implant systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely laboratory records across IT systems.
• Coordinate laboratory workflows to meet quality, accuracy, and deadline requirements.
• Use and maintain IT systems including Microsoft Office, MS Teams, shared inboxes and patient databases.
• Manage electronic and paper-based laboratory filing systems.
• Arrange and track collection, delivery and distribution of laboratory work with external labs and clinical teams.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
