The role focuses on laboratory administration, coordination, and records management to ensure accurate processing of lab work and patient information, with opportunities to collaborate across clinical and external partner teams.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining accurate laboratory records.
• Ability to coordinate lab workflows to deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Experience with filing systems (electronic and paper).
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely laboratory records across IT systems.
• Coordinate laboratory workflows to meet quality and deadlines.
• Use and maintain IT systems including Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Manage electronic and paper-based laboratory filing systems.
• Arrange collection and delivery of lab work with external labs.
• Serve as a point of contact for departmental enquiries.
• Monitor office stock levels and report replenishment needs.
• Conduct weekly audits and report findings.
• Respond to queries from clinical, non-clinical and external partners.
• Process digital images of dental impressions per protocol.
